Windtalker is an automated real time wind condition reporting system via telephone. It's located in Rio Rancho, NM, southeast of Rainbow and Northern on a tower near the two water tanks. (This is the old launch area). Windtalker is owned by AAAA, on a tower, which is owned by the city of Rio Rancho.
