Sid Cutter Pavilion opens at 6 AM
Pilot Check-in (scanning) starts at 6:15 AM
Pilot Briefing at 6:45 AM
Sunrise at 7:02/7:03 AM

📝 Registration / RSVP:
No RSVP needed! Pilots must be current in AAAA PAD and scan in to fly under the AAAA Waiver. Update your documents at aaaaballoon.club/AAAAPAD

💰 Registration Fee:
No fee, but please bring a toy or cash donation for a charity (to be announced by Dec 1).

🚪 Entry Gate:
Enter through Gate 19 via Alameda and Balloon Museum Drive

🚗 Parking:
Crew: Park on the pavement near the SID
Balloon Trucks: Use grass strictly for setup and launch
Avoid construction areas on the grass

🎉 Tailgating:
Yes, tailgating allowed!
Note: Alcohol is prohibited in the SID, so use red solo cups
