PRE-REGISTER (not required) at: https://www.cognitoforms.com/AAAA23/AAAA2025PilotCheckIn \n*** IMPORTANT NOTE *** \nPer our announcement at the last membership meeting\, in order to meet the new FAA waiver requirements\, AAAA is required to keep record of the following documents for balloons participating in our flying events: \n– airworthiness certificate \n– balloon registration \n– proof of insurance \n– pilot certificate (both sides) \nYou will be asked to upload these docs just ONCE per year (or if an update is needed)\, beginning with this month’s flying event. The items can be uploaded during the pre-registration process via the online form. \nON-SITE REGISTRATION / CHECK-IN BEGINS: 0600 / PILOT BRIEFING: 0630 \nWe’ll be at the NE corner of the field\, off Balloon Fiesta Parkway (in Albuquerque) *** Crew Games to take place afterwards at Fiesta Park! ***
