Commercial On-Line Pilot Ground School

Are you looking to become a Commercial Hot Air Balloon Pilot? This is where you can get the ground instruction you need to pass the written FAA Knowledge Exam. The Albuquerque Aerostat Ascension Association has produced this class specifically for online use.  You will have 6 months to complete this course. If you complete this online course within the 6 months and pass our final exam, we’ll extend your enrollment until 1 year from your initial enrollment. This gives you time to complete your flight training and still have access to the ground school material while you prepare for the oral portion of your checkride.

You will receive access to the ONLINE video class and receive the following products:

• ASA 2024 Commerical Pilot Test Prep
• ASA Rotating Plotter
• Current Denver Sectional
• AAAA Weight/Temperature Calculator

These items can be picked up at the “Anderson Abruzzo Albuquerque International Balloon Museum Gift Shoppe” or shipped to you via US Postal Service priority mail. Please wait to receive an email that your materials are ready for pickup before heading to the Museum.
