*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***
Per our announcement at the last membership meeting, in order to meet the new FAA waiver requirements, AAAA is required to keep record of the following documents for balloons participating in our flying events:
– airworthiness certificate
– balloon registration
– proof of insurance
– pilot certificate (both sides)
You will be asked to upload these docs just ONCE per year (or if an update is needed), beginning with this month’s flying event. The items can be uploaded during the pre-registration process via the online form.
