AAAA has a “new” Letter of Agreement through March 2024. It’s the same LOA we had before, just different dates. As you may remember, the LOA was originally put in place so the FAA could complete a one-year safety review of the situation. Apparently, that review is not finished and the FAA has decided to extend the agreement. Maybe the best news surrounding the LOA is that all existing signatures roll over to this new agreement. If you haven’t yet signed the LOA and need to, head to aaaaballoon.club/AAAAPAD and sign it. Of course, you might want to download and read it first, since your signature attests to the fact that you have not only read it, but understand and agree to it as well.
