It turns out that we can NOT distribute the flyer at the restaurant on Thursday night. You must already have it in hand when you arrive. And sending the flyer as an attachment to this email would get this email flagged as spam. So you need to go to our website and download it. Bubba’s says they will accept electronic versions. so you can just save it on your phone.

Flying Event

November’s Flying Event is still scheduled for Saturday, November 11 in Rio Rancho. However, the check-in and briefing location has been moved to the parking lot at Joe Harris Elementary School. There is NO tailgating or parking in the lot after the flight. 
Our Crew Game location will be announced at the pilot briefing.
